Ingredients

Potato Pancakes
  • 3 potatoes, grated

  • 3 grates of nutmeg

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 egg yok

  • 6 Tbsp vegetable oil

Chive Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 12Tbsp chives, cut

Salmon Tar Tar
  • 3 Tbsp smoked salmon

  • 12Tbsp onion, diced

  • 14 Tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 Tbsp sour cream

  • vinegar, salt & pepper to taste

  • lemon zest

Apple Sauce
  • 1 golden delicious apple, peeled and chopped

  • 1 lemon zest

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 14 stick cinnamon

  • 12 Tbsp Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 12white wine

  • 2 Tbsp water

  • salt, to taste

Directions

Potato Pancakes
  1. Mix ingredients together, and form 9 pancakes. Fry in oil for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Chive Sour Cream
  1. Mix all ingredients together.

Salmon Tar Tar
  1. Mix all ingredients together.

Applesause
  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then, mix in blender, cool, and serve.
