Ingredients

Watermelon Juice

  • Blend 1-2 cups of cubed watermelon in a blender, strain and set aside

Rim Dust

Cocktail

  • ¼ cup watermelon juice
  • 2 packets Truvia Calorie-Free Sweetener Stevia Leaf Packets
  • 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 4 oz Rosé Wine
  • Ice

Directions

Rim Dust

  1. Combine all the ingredients on a shallow plate.
  2. Wet rim with finger dipped in water.
  3. Dip glasses in salt mixture.

Cocktail

  1. To rimmed glass, add 1/4 cup watermelon juice, the tequila, lime juice, and the Rosé, gently stir to combine.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Enjoy!
