Rated 4 out of 5 by from Making in large Quanity I make about a gallon of ice tea at a time. My entire family enjoys ice tea. I use a gallon of water, bring to a boil, add 7 ice bags (they are bigger than single bags), 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 cup of truvia baking blend. My family has stopped drinking soda!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Drink I buy Truvia all the time. With 3 people in the family with sugar problems we all use the Truvia. One of the favorites especially with the hot weather we have been having this summer is Sweet Tea with Lemon. It is refreshing and keeps us hydrated during the long hot days of summer. I also use it in my Non alcoholic Mint Julep that is also a summer and holiday stale in our house

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Taste...Better than real sugar! Being from the South, I LOVE sweet tea. I started adding Truvia as my sweetener to my tea. I usually make a gallon twice a week. I add 3/4 cup of Truvia to one gallon of microwave brewed Lipton Tea. This mixture actually taste better than sugar and you use less per gallon of tea. I then add a little lemon juice per glass. I used to add 1.5 cups of sugar to one gallon tea. It does not have that syrupy sweet taste like sugar. Thanks Truvia.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cool Recipe I started using Truvia as my preferred sweetener a short time ago. I also started looking at and using these recipes. My wife showed me a great way to brew ice tea many years ago, so I adjusted this recipe to that one. We use our drip coffee pot with the coffee filter removed. We fill the pot about 2/3 full and put it into the brewer. Then we place the tea bags into the pot and push the on button. We let the tea bags sit in the hot water for 5-10 minutes after the pot stops filling. While we wait we fill our large pickle jar halve way with ice from the ice maker. When the tea is ready we pour the hot tea into the ice cubes (slowly so as to not break the glass with a sudden change in temps). Then fill the jug the rest of the way with cold water. Then we add the desired quantity of Truvia. Also being I like Lemon Iced Tea I also add one packet of lemonade Kool-ade. This is a relatively simple recipe and well worth any effort for a good, cool glass of iced tea on a warm spring or summer afternoon.
