Love it
This is great; I make mini loaves and freeze them. I substituted 1/2 of oil with applesauce. Doesn't change the taste or texture.

Moist and the Truvia is your secret
You can not tell the difference (except on your waistline) from Zucchini Bread with sugar and Zucchini Bread with Truvia Baking Blend. Actually I like this one better - maybe because it is so moist. A hit with everyone here!

Easy Bread
I used to make Zucchini bread a lot, then just stopped. This is an amazing recipe and with fewer calories,who wouldn't go for that, without loosing any flavor. The only thing I did different was add 1/4 cup of ground Flax seed.

Needs a vegan and gluten free version
I would substitute flax eggs ( 1 TBSP flax plus about 1/4 cup of water) for each egg. Also, I would use a gluten-free flour as well.

Yummy!
One of my faves. Mom always made it and I always ate it, ALL! So, to say the least, I haven't made it much myself because I can't stop eating it. And we all know that eating a whole loaf or two of bread is not a good thing. With this recipe at least it won't be so bad. It sounds yummy, yummy and I will definitely have to make it and I will try to share, maybe. lol..

Excellent Recipe - makes a nice gift
We love Zucchini Bread. last year my husband planted 2 plants (some of them were over 12" & 1 1/2 to 2 pounds); I make this bread mostly at Christmas time & give it to family & friends. Very good

Just a slight twist!
My wife got a good supply of zucchini from her sister.
She did this recipe with one small change! She cut the Truvia baking blend from 1 cup to a 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar blend! The flavor is amazing!
One of the best zucchini breads we've had in a long time, with reduced sugars and much lower carbs than regular recipes! Try the change! You won't be disappointed.

Best Zucchini Bread Ever!
I am allergic to nuts so I added fresh blueberries to this recipe instead of the nuts! My family just loves it! They all agree it's the best Zucchini bread ever.

Tasty, Healthy Treat!
Zucchini Bread has always been one of my freezer staples--something I keep on hand for unexpected visitors, sick friends, etc. and I also give it at Christmas-time as gifts. Everyone has always raved about my bread--saying that it was moist and tasty, so I was reluctant to try Truvia.
That being said, I DID give it a try and I was delightfully surprised! The Truvia recipe for Zucchini Bread is excellent! The instructions are easy to follow, there are no unusual ingredients that would send me to the grocery store and I love the way the kitchen smells as it is baking!
I sometimes throw about 1/4 cup of chia seeds into the batter, to make the bread even healthier, but I give this a top-notch rating! Thank you, Truvia, for giving me a baked product I am proud to hand out to my family and friends!

Zucchini Bread
I'm so happy to have found a recipe that I can have without guilt. My mother always made the regular zucchini bread and I can no longer have it. I have been found to be prediabetic so I have to watch the amount of sugar in my diet. This recipe is just perfect. Can still have my favorites without all the sugar. Truvia tastes good too. You don't miss all the sugar.

Light, Moist Bread
This bread is fantastic! I've made it twice and shared it with friends. Everyone loved it, and it actually tasted better than the same bread made with sugar. It's great with coffee and is a great way to use summer zucchini from your garden.

Guilt Free!
My Mom made several regular zucchini breads and I couldn't bring myself to eat any-knew I would feel very guilty. I decided to make one with truvia so I could enjoy one as well. I used olive oil and egg substitute to make it even better. Between my son and I we ate one whole loaf-it was AWESOME!!! Gonna make make another one real soon!

Can cook in microwave
I used my Tupperwave Stack Cooker System and cooked this in my microwave. It turned out just as moist and delicious. I do not like to bake in the oven but most things can be cooked in the Tupperwave stack cooker system. So, So easy.

zucchini bread - yummy
I've baked bread since I was 12. This is a very good zucchini bread recipe. I wish it gave a way to make it in the microwave since I cannot safely use an oven any more. I don't eat much sugar now.

Love the pecans and less calories and sugar!
I love this recipe with Truvia. My Aunt Shirley makes zucchini bread all the time. However,
whenever she gives me a loaf to take home, I secretly cringe since I know the calorie load and how much sugar there is in it. Too much!! I hate to say no and I usually take it and at home
only have one or two pieces of the loaf. So sorry to my Aunt; she needs this recipe and lighten the zucchini bread so that we can all save calories and have less sugar intake. I am so
happy to have this recipe and will enjoy less guilt and enjoy the zucchini bread with no hesita-

Breakfast Treat!
This is a really "updated" version of something my mom taught me to make. Great for a sweet (but non-guilt) treat in the AM. I even made it with 1/2 whole wheat and egg substitute for an even healthier version.

Great Use for Extra Zuchinni
