DELICIOUS!!!!!!What a great recipe! So so easy to make, and it is absolutely delicious! Once you make this, you will never buy store bought sugar free jam again! This tastes just like regular jelly. I cannot wait to try this on my pancake tomorrow morning with a few slices of banana and Maple Grove Sugar Free Maple Syrup. I am going to try this with my plain Greek yogurt for a healthy sweet treat as well. Oh, and of course, I will have some on a piece of toast, too. :) Good thing this makes a decent amount, as I will surely be using all of it! Even my husband loved it, and couldn't believe it was sugar free. Best part- no funky aftertaste! Thank you very much for posting this recipe, I will be sharing this with all of my family and friends who are eating sugar free.

Can Reaally Taste The Fruit!!!!This is really good Strawberry Jam. This is not over the top sweet like every sugar filled Strawberry Jam. What makes it even better is that, because it is not cooked, you can really taste clean, fresh strawberry flavor. Thank you for such a great recipe!

OutstandingMade a batch of strawberry per the directions - turned out perfect. Also made a batch of peach which has great flavor but didn't set quite right due to the amount of liquid in the peaches. Still has an outstanding flavor though.

Strawberry Freezer JamI made the strawberry jam and it didn't "set" as I expected. My Sure Jell was in a packet like Jello and I measured 1 T for the pectin. The directions stated 25g and I wasn't sure how much that is. Will try 2 T next time.

Amazing!I've made this two years in a row now. It tastes so fresh and amazing, plus it's easy to make. Truvia tastes like real sugar without the calories. I've even turned my diabetic grandmother on to this, and she loves it!
