Too sweetThis jam is sickly sweet. I was hoping for a healthier alternative to store bought jam and made a double batch because I didn't want half of a packet of pectin left over. I will probably end up trashing most of this jam and trying again with a different recipe.

Can Reaally Taste The Fruit!!!!This is really good Strawberry Jam. This is not over the top sweet like every sugar filled Strawberry Jam. What makes it even better is that, because it is not cooked, you can really taste clean, fresh strawberry flavor. Thank you for such a great recipe!

AMAZING and versatile! This jam is phenomenal for Weight Watchers. I use it all over the place. I put it on Greek Yogurt, in my overnight oats, on toast, on 1-2-3 cake, etc. It is a guilt-free way to enjoy eating!
