  • 5 cups rhubarb, washed, cut into 12" pieces

  • 12 tsp cinnamon

  • 12 tsp Diamond Crystal® kosher salt

  • 1 cup water

  • 13 cup + 1 12 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***


  1. Assemble all ingredients.

  2. Place rhubarb in cooking kettle.

  3. Add Truvía® Natural Sweetener, cinnamon, water and salt; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
