Ingredients

  • 3 cups wild berries, such as blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, washed

  • 1 peach or nectarine, washed, peeled, pitted and chopped

  • 2 cups unsweetened raspberry, pomegranate, or red grape juice

  • 2 cups plain yogurt

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 12 tsp allspice

  • 3 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***

  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except mint.

  • 2.

    Bring to a boil over medium high heat, reduce to a gentle simmer, and cook for 10 minutes

  • 3.

    Carefully puree half of the soup in a blender or food processor.

  • 4.

    Place in a mixing bowl with remaining soup and stir to combine.

  • 5.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Chic Tip: For a chicer presentation when serving, serve garnished with a mint sprig. Soup can be served chilled or warmed.
