Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Gone are the days of bitter and bland brussels sprouts. This recipe roasts these lovely little cabbages over high heat which draws out their natural sweetness and adds a crispy texture to the outer layers. This recipe contains 11% fewer calories and 60% less sugar* than the full-sugar version.

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425° F.

  • 2.

    Cut off tough bottoms of brussels sprouts and discard. Cut brussels sprouts in half and place in a large bowl. Set aside.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients to form a vinaigrette.

  • 4.

    Toss brussels sprouts with vinaigrette and transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet.

  • 5.

    Spread brussels sprouts out evenly on the baking sheet.

  • 6.

    Bake for 20 minutes.
