Ingredients

  • 34 cup butter, softened

  • 13 cup + 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Original Sweetener Spoonable*

  • 1 Tbsp molasses

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 214 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 12 tsp baking soda

  • 12 tsp salt

  • 14 cup maple syrup

*or 24 packets of zero-calorie Truvía® Original Sweetener

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  • 2.

    In a large bowl, cream the butter, Truvía® Original Sweetener and molasses until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla.

  • 3.

    Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.

  • 4.

    Gradually stir in half of the flour mixture to the creamed mix. Then stir in half of the maple syrup. Repeat the process, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.

  • 5.

    Drop rounded tablespoons of the batter onto lightly greased baking sheets and flatten each cookie slightly.

  • 6.

    Bake for 8 minutes, or until just golden around the edges.
