Creamy Coleslaw Recipe with Truvía® Natural Sweetener

  • 1 cup light mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable*

  • 14 cup skim milk

  • 14 cup vinegar

  • 12 tsp salt

  • 14 tsp black pepper

  • 14 oz. classic coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, Truvía® Natural Sweetener, milk, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. Place coleslaw mix in large bowl. Pour dressing over coleslaw and toss.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to chill and blend flavors. Toss before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! This cole slaw is the perfect mixture of tangy to sweet. I love it. Its the best cole slaw recipe I've ever made. I use it all the time. Also, I like to mix the sauce on the side in a bowl and then combine with the cabbage mixture as I'm going to use it. It keeps it from getting soggy and watery. The sauce mixture is also good on other things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Recipe This dressing is delicious as a cole slaw or broccoli slaw dressing and the amount of Trivia can be adjusted to one's taste. When used with broccoli slaw, I would add chopped roasted, salted (or just roasted) pecans and dried cranberries. Flavors blend when made ahead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of Both Worlds We have a fish fry on Friday's. Needed a great tasting cole slaw that didn't have a lot of added sugar. This recipe is the best of both worlds. It tastes great and the TRUVIA makes it carb friendly. My family loves this recipe.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too sweet I made this over the weekend. It was WAY too sweet. I even added more shredded cabbage and it didn't help. It might be ok with about 1/4 of the truvia but I won't be trying it again. No one liked it. I threw it away :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Added my own twist, but so good! I doctored this up a bit, but it was still great. I used 3/4c Greek yogurt and 1/4c mayo. I also only used 3 Truvia packets as I don't like my coleslaw too sweet. I also added 3T of Dijon mustard. Delicious!
