Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sweet potatoes

  • 3 Tbsp of butter

  • 12 cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend

  • 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 12 tsp molasses

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 350° F.

  • 2.

    Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes, place in a baking dish.

  • 3.

    Brown butter in a saucepan. Use low to medium heat while stirring to avoid burning.

  • 4.

    Turn off heat; add Truvia Cane Sugar Blend, pumpkin pie spice and molasses to browned butter. Stir until combined.

  • 5.

    Add evenly on top of potatoes.

  • 6.

    Bake covered for 1 hour, stir.

  • 7.

    Bake uncovered for another 10-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
