Three citrus flavors come together to create a refreshingly creamy dessert. Inspired by Tarte au Citron, the traditional French lemon tart, it has 22% fewer calories* and 82% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes one 9-inch tart (8 servings).

  • Pastry for a single-crust 9-inch pie

  • 1 large lemon, washed, grated zest and juice

  • 1 orange, washed, grated zest and juice

  • 2 lime, washed, grated zest and juice

  • ⅔ cup fat-free evaporated skim milk

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cornstarch

  • 2 egg yolks****

  • 2 whole eggs****

  • 3 Tbsp + 1 tsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar***

  • 1 tsp of citrus zest medley (created by mixing zest from lemon, orange and lime)

  • Optional: Light whipped topping


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 400° F.

  • 2.

    Bake pie crust according to directions approximately 10–12 minutes. Cool on rack.

  • 3.

    Reduce oven temperature to 325° F.

  • 4.

    Grate zest of lemon, orange and lime and combine, to create zest medley.

  • 5.

    Squeeze the juice of each of the fruits. Combine the juices and measure 23 cup.

  • 6.

    In a small bowl, combine milk, salt and cornstarch; stir.

  • 7.

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole eggs, Truvia Original Sweetener and 1 tsp of zest medley.

  • 8.

    Add milk mixture; whisk to blend.

  • 9.

    Add juice mixture; whisk to blend.

  • 10.

    Pour into cooled crust.

  • 11.

    Bake for 25 minutes just until set. Cool on wire rack.

  • 12.

    Refrigerate before serving. Top with light whipped topping if desired.

  • 13.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
