Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy snack I made these with a couple substitutions -- I used 1.5 cups of chickpea flour instead of the regular flour and I used more pumpkin instead of the applesauce. I added a bit more Truvia to make up for the lower sweetness in the pumpkin. I used keto chocolate chips. They turned out very yummy with just the right amount of spice. My boyfriend is not usually a fan of healthy food, but he wouldn't stop eating these. If you have kids, this could be a good recipe for them because it is easy to stir.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Cookies These cookies are easy to make and delicious. As good as similar cookies I’ve make with sugar, eggs, and oil/butter. These will be my go to chocolate chip cookies from now on.
