  • 16 oz. white and/or yellow frozen (thaw before use) or fresh corn

  • 12 cup red onion, washed and chopped

  • 1 red bell pepper, washed and chopped

  • 12 cup rice wine vinegar

  • 18 tsp salt

  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) black beans - low sodium, drained and rinsed

  • 3 12 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***


  1. In a large bowl, stir together all the ingredients.

  2. Cover, refrigerate and serve.

  3. Store leftover in the refrigerator.
