Vanilla Drink Syrup

Beverage

  • ¾ cup vanilla almond milk

  • ½ tsp ground cardamom

  • 2 Tbsp Truvia Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar Drink Syrup

  • ¾ cup chilled extra-strong brewed coffee or espresso

  • Ice

Directions

    Cut the beans in half and then split each half down the center using a sharp paring knife.

    Use the blade of the knife to scrape out all the seeds to use in your recipe.

  • 3.

    Microwave ¼ cup Truvia Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar, ½ cup water and vanilla bean paste for 2 minutes.

    Refrigerate in a sealed container.

    In a blender, mix together almond milk, cardamom and syrup.

    Pulse several times.

    Add cooled strongly brewed coffee.

  • 8.

    Pulse several times.

  • 9.

    Pour into two glasses filled with ice.
