Pumpkin Spiced Latte Recipe with Truvía® Natural Sweetener

This frothy and spicy latte is a delicious way to celebrate fall. Sweetened with Truvía® Natural Sweetener, this latte has 30% fewer calories* and 40% less sugar* than the original sugar sweetened version. Makes 2 servings.

  • 2 zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Packets***

  • 1 12 cups skim milk

  • 12 tsp vanilla extract

  • 12 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 4 fl. oz. double-strength brewed coffee

  • 2 Tbsp low fat whipped topping

  • 14 tsp pumpkin pie spice

***or 1 12 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable


  1. Heat skim milk in the microwave until hot, approximately 3 minutes.

  2. Combine the hot milk, Truvía® Natural Sweetener, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice in a blender and blend until frothy.

  3. Pour into two coffee mugs, add 2 ounces of coffee and stir.

  4. Garnish each mug with 1 Tbsp of whipped topping and sprinkle with 18 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

*This latte has 70 calories and 10 grams of sugar per serving compared to sugar-sweetened lattes which have 100 calories and 17 grams of sugar.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very tasty. My husband loves pumpkin spice from Starbucks. I wanted to make this because it has a lot less sugar. I've been using other brands of stevia sweeteners but my husband feels that this one doesn't have as much of an after taste. He likes this recipe. It does take time to prep if compared to regular coffee because of the blending.

Plus its loaded with sugar and a ton of calories! This recipe is so easy to make and is delicious, and has the added benefit of less sugar and calories. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It! I hate the idea of putting all those chemicals and copious amounts of sugar in my body with the typical pumpkin latte drink, but I so love them. This was super easy to make and super tasty. And, it works great with coconut milk if you're staying away from dairy :-)
