  • 1 small very ripe banana, peeled

  • 2 Tbsp Truvia® Natural Sweetener

  • 1 Tbsp of water

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 14 tsp. salt

  • 2 cups oats

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

  • 2 Tbsp. quinoa seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. flax seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts pieces

  • 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil


  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 300° F.

  • 2.

    Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

  • 4.

    Stir in Truvia® Natural Sweetener, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until all dissolves.

  • 5.

    In a separate medium bowl, stir together the seeds, nuts, and berries.

  • 6.

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined

  • 7.

    Spread out granola onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • 8.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes, careful not to over bake.

  • 9.

    Let cool on the baking sheet.

  • 10.

    Store in an airtight container.
