Nutritious and delicious!!!!!!
I made this smoothie and it was very good. It has all healthy ingredients which attracted me to make it in the first place and also, my love for peanut butter. Not to thick nor thin! very satisfying as a meal replacement or snack. Highly recommend!

Protein-Potassium Powerhouse
One of my go-to smoothie recipes, peanut butter banana never fails to satisfy my sweet tooth nor makes me feel guilty to endulge in such a delish treat! This powerhouse of protein is terrific for breakfast to give you plentiful energy or even post-workout to get you through the rest of your day.

my favorite flavors without the guilt!
One of my staple recipes. I love smoothies and banana and chocolate are two of my favorite flavors. Sometimes I add a little spinach to it to get more vitamins.

Something to look forward to...
I have been making a version of this for a couple of weeks now and, since it is earmarked as one of my main protein doses for the day, I needed to modify it a bit. I add a good portion (1 1/2 scoops) of protein powder and whiz it up in my Magic Bullet. I tried it initially with no banana but adding the banana literally turns it from tasting like something I HAVE to drink to something I actually look forward to drinking. You can also omit the peanut butter and/or substitute almond butter. Any way you choose, oh...so...yummy...!

Great for Dessert
I made this for my husband and I for a dessert-type treat. Just as I finished pouring into glasses, we got company so I put in the freezer. By the time we got to it, it was frozen. We let soften a little and ate with a spoon. It seemed more filling that way and tasted delicious! Now, we have it that way for dinner dessert quite often, sometimes made with 1% in place of almond milk and ice cubes. I find I don't eat as much food when we have this because eating, rather than drinking, fills us up!

Fantastic and Full of Energy!
The peanut butter banana smoothie is the best ever. Gives you lots of energy and keeps you from hunger pains a long time. I even substitute almond butter sometimes and get the same satisfaction.

great alternative
Most smoothies are so high calorie, and this is a great healthier alternative. Peanut butter and banana is a pairing that will always be on top.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
The Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to get your daily protein and vitamins. I will be 60 in April and am trying to watch my weight. I was looking for something that would be healthy and also quench my thirst for a sweet and filling drink. This fits the bill.

Delicious!!
I love peanut butter, so this recipe was wonderful for me! I loved the combination of peanut butter and banana and it was just sweet enough. I left off the flaxseed because I didn't have any, but it turned out great. My kids even love it and ask for it often!! VERY GOOD!!!

My Sonic special
My daughter took me to Sonics one evening for a peanut butter shake. I loved it, but 680 calories. No thank you. I had to find an alternative. This one is perfect. And so easy to change up for more peanut butter or more or less fruit. Saved my waistline !!!

Add some protein to make it awesome
I used this recipe but swapped the flax seed and cocoa powder for chocolate protein powder. It's delicious. Put it in the freezer for around an hour after blending to make it even more refreshing.

This tasted way better than my regular go-to protein shake in the afternoons. I use a frozen banana and cut back a little on the ice. This is an awesome snack for me to help with my cravings! Yum!
