PT&J Recipe with Truvía® Natural Sweetener

This unique cocktail, created by producer and host of Art of the Drink® Anthony Caporale, is a distinctive nod to the peanut butter and jelly sandwich and made with Truvía® Natural Sweetener it has 16% fewer calories* and 50% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 1 serving.

Truvía® Peanut Syrup:
*or 24 packets of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener
PT&J Cocktail Ingredients:
  • 12 oz. Truvía® peanut syrup

  • 112 oz. Bourbon

  • 1 Tbsp Grape Jelly


  1. Boil 12 cup unsalted peanuts in 2 cups water for 15 minutes

  2. Strain out peanuts, discard

  3. Add 1 cup Truvía® Natural Sweetener back to the peanut water

  4. Bring to a boil while stirring

  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool

  6. Keep covered and refrigerated up to one week

  1. Add 12 oz Truvía® peanut syrup, bourbon, and grape jelly to a mixing tin half-filled with ice

  2. Shake until the tin is frosted

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice

  4. Garnish with a banana slice
