Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 Tbsp Truvia® Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 1 very ripe banana

  • 14 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

  • 2.

    Place oats, baking soda, Truvia® Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar and cinnamon in a blender.

    Blend for few seconds till it is grounded.

  • 4.

    Add milk, banana, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.

  • 5.

    Blend for few seconds till well mixed.

  • 6.

    Transfer it to four greased oven safe mugs or ramakins, fill ¾ full.

    Bake for 20 mins.

  • 8.

    Enjoy while warm. Refrigerate and reheat leftovers.
