Luscious Lime Bars Recipe

Ingredients
Crust
⅔ stick Crisco® Baking Sticks Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening or ⅔ cup Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening
⅓ cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
1 cup Pillsbury BEST® All-Purpose Flour
½ cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ tsp salt
Filling
3 large eggs**
¾ cup Truvia Cane Sugar Blend
1 Tbsp Pillsbury BEST® All-Purpose Flour
1 ½ tsp finely grated lime peel
¼ cup fresh lime juice
Directions
Crust
- 1.
Heat oven to 350° F.
- 2.
Beat shortening and Truvia Cane Sugar Blend in a medium-sized bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.

Add flour, graham cracker crumbs and salt; beat until dough forms.
- 4.
Press into even layer in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan.
- 5.
Bake 20 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack.
Filling
- 6.
Whisk eggs until blended.
- 7.
Whisk in Truvia Cane Sugar Blend, flour and lime peel until blended. Whisk in lime juice.
- 8.
Pour over cool crust.
- 9.
Bake 25 minutes or until just set in the center. Cool completely on wire rack. For best results, refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
- 10.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Optional garnishes: Whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, fresh raspberries, lime twists (will alter nutritionals).
