Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 4 boneless salmon fillets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven broiler and set the oven rack at about 6 inches from the heat source. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  • 2.

    Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and arrange onto the prepared broiler pan, skin side down.

  • 3.

    Stir together Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Spoon mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets.

  • 4.

    Cook under the preheated broiler for 10-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
