Ingredients

  • 2 oz. no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream, softened

  • 3 zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Packets***

  • 12 fresh lime

  • Ice

  • 112 oz. gin

  • 112 oz. seltzer

  • 3 drops orange blossom water

  • Freshly-grated orange zest

***or 2 12 tsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable

Directions

  1. In a soda fountain tumbler, add: no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream.

  2. In a mixing glass, muddle: Truvía® Natural Sweetener and lime.

  3. Half-fill with ice, then add: gin.

  4. Shake until the tin is frosted, add: seltzer and drops of orange blossom water.

  5. Swirl gently to mix while preserving carbonation.

  6. Double-strain into tumbler over ice cream, allowing drink to froth while pouring.

GARNISH: FRESHLY-GRATED ORANGE ZEST OVER TOP, SERVE WITH A SHORT FLEXIBLE STRAW.
