Cucumber Salad Recipe with Truvía® Natural Sweetener

  • 3 English cucumbers, washed, peeled and sliced

  • 14 of a small onion, washed and sliced thin

  • 14 of a green pepper, washed and sliced thin

  • 2 large cloves of garlic, cleaned and diced

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 12 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 14 cup of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 1 cup vinegar


  1. In a large serving bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onion, green pepper and garlic.

  2. Sprinkle on salt and pepper.

  3. Combine the Truvía® Natural Sweetener and vinegar in a small bowl.

  4. Pour small bowl contents over cucumber mixture and mix well.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

  6. Serve with a slotted spoon.

  7. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers
