Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 300° F.

  • 2.

In a saucepan, combine heavy whipping cream, vanilla, Truvia Cane Sugar Blend and salt. Heat to a simmer for 10 min then turn off stove. After removing from the heat, add the evaporated milk to help the mixture cool.

  • 3.

Prep a baking dish by lining it with a kitchen towel, 6 ramekins, and pour hot water around the sides of the ramekins.

  • 4.

Add the egg yolks to the saucepan and mix to blend.

  • 5.

Pour the mixture into the ramekins and bake for 30 min.

  • 6.

Cool then sprinkle the ramekins evenly with Truvia Brown Sugar Blend. Caramelize the Truvia Brown Sugar Blend with a kitchen torch, chill and serve! (If you don’t have a kitchen torch, you can caramelize the Truvia Brown Sugar Blend by placing the ramekins under a broiler for about 1-2 minutes until melted and caramelized).
