Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rhubarb is under rated I have always loved using rubarb, especially with strawberries. It is very hard to sweeten. I have to use so much sugar, yuck! With Truvia, it takes very little and no extra calories. I can't tell any difference. I made the rubarb sauce out of curiosity, & LOVED it! Thanks Truvia!!!
