Rated 4 out of 5 by from This looks interesting for a basic recipe I haven't tried it yet, but I've been looking for a lower sugar recipe for sweet potatoes, and wasn't sure how much Truvia to use. I don't use butter in my sweet potatoes, but use corn starch to thicken the sauce. I add a cut up apple to the baking dish for extra flavor. I also use pumpkin pie spice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy recipe I love that this is such an easy recipe! I typically make sweet potato casserole for the holidays but found that this is almost as good but without the calories and sugar that are in my casserole.
