Cake in a Mug with Truvia Allulose Sweetener

Ingredients
½ Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp Truvia® Allulose Sweetener
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
Directions

In a 8-10 oz microwaveable mug, combine butter and water in the mug and microwave 30-40 seconds, or until butter is melted
- 2.
Add Truvia® Allulose, salt and the vanilla, mix with a fork
- 3.
Add baking powder and flour, mix again until well combined
- 4.
Microwave for 45-50 seconds or until its risen and is firm on the top

Optional (Will affect nutritional information)
- Chocolate chip cookie cake: add in 2 tsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips before microwaving.
- Chocolate cake: change the flour to 1 Tbsp of cocoa powder to the flour mixture.
- Lemon Blueberry cake: use 2T lemon juice instead of water and add 12-15 blueberry, before microwaving. May take about 10 more seconds in the microwave to bake.
- Pumpkin spice cake add, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1⁄8 tsp ground clove, ¼ tsp ground ginger and I Tbsp pumpkin puree before microwaving. May take about 10 more seconds in the microwave.
