easy recipe to follow
I have tried this recipe several times, but I do not include the Bourbon. Instead, I have used maple syrup or vanilla extract. The carrots are very tasty. I serve them with grilled or roasted chicken. I like to find thinner carrots with stems, as they look very nice on the serving dish when entertaining.

Delicious I love these carrots
I have no trouble getting the kids to eat their vegetables when I make them, carrots, beets, brussel sprouts, turnips, squash and rutabagas and more when I use trivia. Yummy.
