Overly sweet for my taste, WAY more than 50 calsIt is impossible that this recipe is only 50 calories a serving, perhaps the sugar itself accounts for 50cals of each serving? An apple alone as 80-100 calories each, and with six apples in this recipe, it became swiftly obvious that the 50 calorie designation was incorrect. 2 cups uncooked steel cut oats are 1200 calories. This recipe when properly calculated has over 350 calories/serving if the 6 serving count indicated is correct. That is more calories than I am willing to eat for breakfast.

Delicious for Breafast or DessertI received a sample of Truvia that also had a coupon for future purchase. I used the coupon to buy Brown Sugar Blend for this recipe. I made the Apple Cinnamon Slow Cooker Oatmeal. This was a big, huge win for my family. They loved it because it was ready when before leaving home. Our house had that sweet smell of cinnamon when we got up. I didn't have to do anything but unplug my slow cooker. Thanks

DelightfulI have a strange case due to a brain injury I am unable to smell which takes away about 85% of your ability to taste. I tried truvia and this apple cinnamon oatmeal and was able to taste the flavors which is a huge deal for me the texture was also satisfying so thank you for giving me the joy of taste that most people take for granted everyday

Best Breakfast Ever!I tried Truvia by receiving a SAMPLE in the mail! A friend of mine had mentioned it, but I never tried it until I got the samples. I am now a Truvia fanatic and the first thing I tried was this Oatmeal (I usually do have oatmeal for breakfast anyway). I was not disappointed! This is a great product and I am so glad you offered samples.

Calories per serving WAAAAY Off!There's no way this oatmeal recipe has only 50 calories per cup. Two cups of oatmeal alone have 300 calories, the 2 cups of milk a minimum of 160 calories and the two eggs, at least 150 calories. That's a total of 610 calories for the entire recipes WITHOUT the apples! One of the six servings has at least 100 calories, not 50.
