Rated 5 out of 5 by from Banana Muffin Delights We always have ripe bananas left over at the end of the weekend. This recipe is quick, easy and only 160 calories. I make them first thing Monday morning and they last us all week, for morning breaks. Filling enough to last until my first break in the morning and perhaps have another for my 1st break of the day. Oh yeah, healthy too !!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Real Banana Flavor! I needed something to add to my buffet and I had just learned one of the guests was diabetic. I found this recipe on the Truvua site, but honestly did not have a lot of hope for it. I was WRONG! This was better than ones I had made with sugar. The banana flavor was very nice and the nuts absolutely complemented it! I will definitely make this again and again for my family.
