Ingredients

Truvia Simple Syrup (yields ~ 12 cup)

Mocktail

  • 2 large strawberries, cleaned and sliced

  • 3 oz diet ginger beer

  • 12 oz Truvia Simple Syrup

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar (to mimic vodka)

Directions

Truvia Simple Syrup
  • 1.

    Add water and Truvia Sweetener into microwaveable glass or cup.

  • 2.

    Microwave for 1 ½ minutes, stir until completely dissolved.

  • 3.

    Pour into a sealable jar/bottle for future use, store in refrigerator.

Mocktail
  • 4.

    Place strawberries into a glass and crush up with a spoon or muddler.

  • 5.

    Add in ginger beer, apple cider vinegar, Truvia simple syrup, and lime juice.

  • 6.

    Stir up all the ingredients.

  • 7.

    Top with three ice cubes.

  • 8.

    Enjoy.

Options (Will Affect Nutritional Information)

  • When using simple syrup after storage, if crystal form, heat 30-60 seconds in microwave before use

  • Garnish with a fresh mint

  • To make it into a Cocktail; add 2 oz of vodka vs ¼ tsp of apple cider vinegar
