Watermelon-Strawberry Popsicles Recipe with Truvía® Nectar

These sweet summertime favorites are made with five simple ingredients and will keep you cool all summer long. Sweetened with Truvía® Nectar, each cool treat contains 37% fewer calories* and 38% less sugar* per serving than the full-sugar version. Makes 10 popsicles.

  • Serving Size: 1 popsicle

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon

  • 1 cup sliced and clean strawberries

  • 18 tsp salt

  • 13 cup water

  • 14 cup Truvía® Nectar


  1. Combine watermelon, clean strawberries, salt and water in a blender cup.

  2. Pulse blender for 10 seconds 4-5 times, or until smooth puree.

  3. Pour through a sieve to remove seeds (optional).

  4. Combine fruit mixture with Truvía® Nectar, mix well.

  5. Pour into popsicle molds or small plastic cups.

  6. If using cups, place in freezer for 20-30 minutes, then place plastic spoon or some type of clean stick in center of cup before it completely freezes.

*Each pop has 30 calories and 11 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version that has 80 calories and 18 grams of sugar per serving.
