Ingredients

Toasted Coconut Chocolate Iced Latte

  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons milk of choice, divided

  • 2 teaspoons Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Jar, divided

  • 2 shots espresso

  • ¼ cup canned coconut milk, chilled

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted, for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    Fill a tall serving glass with ice. Add ¾ cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of Truvia® Stevia Sweetener, stirring until dissolved. Top with espresso and set aside.

  • 2.

    Combine coconut milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, remaining milk and remaining Truvia® Stevia Sweetener. Whip using a milk frother or whisk until thick and smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

  • 3.

    Spoon chocolate coconut cold foam over iced latte.

  • 4.

    Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, and serve.
