Ingredients
Hazelnut Mocha Loaf
1 cup (120g) all purpose flour
1⁄2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
1⁄2 cup chopped hazelnuts, plus more for garnish
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Combine flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking powder, baking soda and kosher salt in a large bowl.
- 3.
Whisk together oil, milk, eggs, Truvia® Sweet Complete® Sweetener and vanilla in a separate small bowl until smooth.
- 4.
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients into dry, mixing until just combined.
- 5.
Fold in chocolate chips and hazelnuts and transfer batter to prepared pan.
- 6.
Top with additional hazelnuts and bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean, about 45-50 minutes.
- 7.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
