Sriracha Garlic Shrimp with Truvía® Nectar  

This Sriracha Garlic Shrimp recipe, made with Truvía® Nectar, is the perfect balance of mild heat and zesty sweetness. Simply marinate, throw on the grill, and enjoy for 16% fewer calories and 47% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 3 servings.

  • Serving Size: 5 pieces (84g)


  • 2 Tbsp Truvía® Nectar,

  • 1 12 Tbsp Sriracha sauce

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, washed and minced

  • 18 tsp salt

  • 18 tsp pepper

  • 12 pound raw shrimp (26-30 count), peeled, deveined with tails left on

  • 1 Tbsp chives, washed and chopped


  1. In a small bowl, stir in Truvía® Nectar, sriracha, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss in shrimp and marinate covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

  2. Place shrimp onto skewers and grill for about 3 minutes per side until flesh is white and opaque. 

  3. Remove from heat and top with chopped chives. Serve immediately.

  4. Refrigerate any leftovers.
