Roast Turkey with Cauliflower Couscous is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Turkey & Couscous Loved the recipe. Didn't put any salt in it because I recently had open heart surgery. My salt intake is limited. But, using Truvia adds enough flavor for my taste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice pairing Turkey has a not-too-spicy flavor and the side dish is something different and tasty. It's a new way of serving the boring cauliflower. Seems like a carb in your mouth but totally good for you veggie.
