Ingredients

Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet

  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened

  • ⅓ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, plus more for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs, for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    Combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet and vanilla in a resealable jar. Whisk in softened cream cheese until smooth.

    Gently fold in raspberries, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • 3.

    Stir and garnish with additional raspberries. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and serve.
