Ingredients
Sweet and Savory Caramelized Onion Dressing
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon Truvia® Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon low-sodium Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons water
Directions
- 1.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until deep golden-brown and caramelized, about 15 minutes.

Add Truvia® Stevia Brown Sweetener Jar Brown and cook an additional 2-3 minutes, until dissolved and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Combine onions, vinegar, yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor.
- 4.
Pulse until smooth, gradually adding water as it blends.
- 5.
Transfer to a serving jar or bottle and serve.
