Warm Peach Crisp with Vanilla Whipped Cream Filling Recipe with Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

Created by Baking Star contest finalist Melissa Stadler, this sweet and flavorful peach crisp is sure to be a hit with your taste buds. This peach crisp has 15% fewer calories* and 62% less sugar* than the regular sugar-sweetened version. Makes 8 servings.

  • 5 peaches, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 12 Tbsp cornstarch

  • 12 cup butter, melted

  • 12 cup Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 12 cup flour

  • 34 cup oats

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Vanilla Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 Tbsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract or vanilla beans


  1. Stir filling ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and transfer to an 8 x 8 baking dish.

  2. Mix topping ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Crumble the topping mixture by on top of peaches in the baking dish.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Beat whip cream until soft peaks form. Add Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and vanilla.

  6. Top the peach crisp with the whipping cream and serve.
