Ingredients
Lemon Meringue Iced Matcha
1 teaspoon matcha powder
3 teaspoons Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated Sweetener, divided
3 tablespoons hot water
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Lemon zest, washed before zesting, for garnish
Directions

Combine matcha powder and 1 teaspoon Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated Sweetener in a small bowl. Slowly add hot water while whisking vigorously until smooth and frothy. Stir in lemon juice and set aside

Combine ½ cup of oat milk, remaining 2 teaspoons of Truvia® Sweet Complete® Granulated Sweetener and vanilla, if using. Whisk vigorously, or beat using a frother, until a thick, airy foam forms.

Fill a serving glass with ice cubes, add remaining 1 cup of oat milk and top with matcha mixture. Spoon lemon cold foam on top of iced matcha latte. Garnish with lemon zest, and serve.
- 4.
Tip: For a creamier cold foam use a barista-style blend of oat milk.
