Iced Cherry Cold Foam Matcha Latte
2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
2 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets, divided
Directions
- 1.
Whisk together matcha powder and cold water in a small bowl until completely smooth and slightly frothy. Add one Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet until dissolved.

Fill a tall serving glass about halfway with ice and pour in ¼ cup of oat milk. Add matcha mixture and set aside.
- 3.
Combine cherry juice, remaining oat milk, tart cherry powder (if using) and remaining Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet in a small bowl. Using a milk frother or whisk, whip mixture until thick and airy, about 1 minute.
- 4.
Spoon or pour cherry cold foam over iced matcha latte. Serve layered, or gently stir before drinking.
