Ingredients

Blueberry Lemon Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, washed, plus more for garnish

  • 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, washed before juicing

  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest, washed, plus more for garnish

  • ½ to 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, washed and peeled

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ teaspoon blue spirulina powder

  • 2 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets

Directions

  • 1.

    Combine blueberries, banana, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, milk, blue spirulina and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener to a blender.

  • 2.

    Blend on high, scraping down the sides, as necessary, until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.

  • 3.

    Pour smoothie mixture into a serving glass. Garnish with lemon zest or additional blueberries, if desired, and serve.
