Ingredients
Truvia Monk Fruit Fall Syrup
1 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener from Monk Fruit
4 cups water
2 apples washed and thinly sliced; make sure to remove seeds
1 orange washed and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp grated ginger root (washed and peeled)
8 cinnamon sticks
Cocktail
2 ½ cups Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit Fall Syrup, chilled
1 bottle (750ml) prosecco, chilled
¾ cup vodka, chilled
1 ½ cups seltzer water, chilled
1 apple washed and sliced; make sure to remove seeds (for garnish)
1 orange washed and sliced (for garnish)
cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
Rim of Glass
1⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit
1 tbsp cinnamon
Orange slice
Directions
Fall Syrup
- 1.
Add all the ingredients for the fall syrup into a large pan.
- 2.
Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4.
Mash ingredients in pan.
- 5.
Strain through a sieve into large measuring cup/bowl (should get 2 ½- 3 cups).
- 6.
Set aside to cool (if you don’t have 2 ½ cups add back some water to reach 2 ½ cups).
Cocktail
- 7.
In a large punch bowl, add ice.
- 8.
Pour in Truvia Monk Fruit Fall Syrup, prosecco, vodka, and seltzer water.
- 9.
Add apples, oranges, and cinnamon sticks.
Glass Rim Coating
- 10.
Combine Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Monk Fruit and cinnamon in a small bowl. A bowl that will fit the glass you choose.
- 11.
Using an orange slice, wet rim of glasses, then dip into cinnamon mix, turning to coat. Serve punch in rimmed glasses.
