Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must For Any Diabetic I LOVE this easy, yummy dessert/snack-treat!! I love it also that one can easily use whatever fresh fruits that are in season! I'm diabetic so this will be a "go-to" snack for me as well as dessert for myself and dinner guests. It's because of creative minds in the kitchen that I've lowered my A1C and lowered my medication dosage. Thank You, whomever you are that thought to use a roll of crecent roll dough for the crust rather than a roll of sugar cookie dough! Yummy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Making it but using pineapple instead of mango I saw vanilla on the list of Ingredients but nowhere does it say when it gets used. I'm assuming in the cream cheese spread before the Truvia blend is added.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum!!! I made this for my family the other day but I veganized it by using vegan cream cheese. It was absolutely wonderful!!! A very healthy treat that I will definitely be making in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Crowd Pleasing, and Light I made this for my first spring picnic. I had guests from 2- 86 and everyone loved it. It was tasty and easy to pass around and no one left a crumb. Next time I will make two! It was simple to make and no leftovers! Perfect dessert!
