Fruit Pizza Recipe with Truvía® Baking Blend
This colorful fresh fruit pizza tastes as good as it looks! Sweetened with Truvía® Baking Blend this dessert has 14% fewer calories* and 40% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 12 servings.

Nutrition Per Serving
1 (8 oz.) can reduced fat refrigerated crescent rolls
1 (8 oz) package reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
1⁄4 cup Truvía® Baking Blend
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1⁄2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi, sliced
1⁄4 cup mango, diced
1⁄4 cup raspberries
Pre-heat oven to 375°F
Separate the crescent rolls. Arrange and press the pieces to cover a 13-inch pizza pan, pinching seams together to form the crust.
Bake crust for 11-13 minutes until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Place cream cheese in medium mixing bowl.
Measure 1⁄4 cup of Truvía® Baking Blend in a dry blender pitcher and blend for 1 minute to grind the Baking Blend into a fine powder.
Add the powdered Truvía® Baking Blend to the cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust.
Arrange fruit on top of the cream cheese mixture in a decorative pattern.
Store refrigerated. Cut into 12 wedges to serve.
