Caramel Vanilla Latte with Truvía® Nectar 

Rich, sweet vanilla infused nectar with caramel almond milk and coffee.  This recipe contains 22% fewer calories* and 36% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 2 servings.

  • Serving Size: 1 cup


  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Truvía® Nectar Vanilla Drink Syrup 

  • 34 cup warm strong brewed coffee


  1. Carefully steam together milk, caramel and Truvía® Nectar Vanilla Drink Syrup. 

  2. To do without machine, pour milk, caramel and Truvía® Nectar Vanilla Drink Syrup into a microwavable jar with a lid. Fill no more than halfway full to leave room for foam.

  3. Screw the lid on tightly, and shake the jar hard for 30-60 seconds, or until the milk is frothy and has roughly doubled in volume.

  4. Take the lid off the jar and microwave uncovered for 30 seconds.

  5. Carefully pour the warm milk into two wide, shallow coffee cups.

  6. Add the warm, strongly brewed coffee to each cup.

  7. Spoon milk foam evenly into the two cups.

  8. Sip immediately, refrigerate any leftovers.

*Each serving has 70 calories and 7 grams of sugar per serving, compared to the full-sugar version that has 90 calories and 11grams of sugar per serving.
