Pound chicken breasts to ½" thick between sheets of plastic wrap or waxed paper. Salt and pepper both sides.

Loved it! Very do-able!I love this recipe. Quick and easy. My family couldn't get enough! I served it with sauted kale with caramelized onions and garlic orzo for sides. Molte Bene!! Will be making this again SOON!

Quick easy and yummyLike most now adays, I don't have much time to cook, but this took a few minutes to get ready (I prepared it the night before cooking) then in minutes the next day put it together! I used spinach as my base (I'm not doing carbs) and Voila', yummy sweet chicken with healthy cooked in!
