Blueberry Muffins Recipe with Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

A favorite morning starter! This great-tasting, reduced-sugar version of the original is sweetened with Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and has 15% fewer calories* and 63% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Recipe makes 12 muffins.

  • 112 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 12 cup Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 14 tsp salt

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 1 large egg

  • 13 cup canola oil

  • 12 tsp vanilla extract

  • 34 cup blueberries; fresh or frozen


  1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and salt in a medium bowl.

  3. Combine milk, egg, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

  4. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix.

  5. Fold in blueberries.

  6. Divide batter into twelve 212inch paper-lined muffin cups.

  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
