Blueberry Muffins Recipe

    Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 400° F.

    Combine flour, baking powder, Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener and salt in a medium bowl.

    Combine milk, egg, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

  • 4.

    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Mix until just combined. Do not over mix.

    Fold in blueberries.

  • 6.

    Divide batter into paper-lined muffin cups.

  • 7.

    Bake for 22-25 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
