Directions Bread Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside. (drymixture) In a mixing bowl, add the butter and Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener and then beat for 2-3 minutes until creamy Try to get it as fluffy as possible. (wet mixture) To the wet mixture add eggs one at a time, mixing in between and beat for 2 minutes or until fluffy. In a third bowl combine vanilla, lemon juice, zest, and sour cream and mix well (lemon mixture). Now add half the lemon mixture to the wet mixture and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add in half of the dry mixture, mix well. Add the rest of the lemon mixture, beat, then add the rest of the dry mixture until just mixed. Spread the batter evenly into loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool in pan. Glaze In a small bowl whisk together the Truvia Sweet Complete Confectioners Sweetener lemon juice and half and half. Spread on top of cooled bread.
