Truvia Sweet Somethings Spin Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By participating in the Instant Win Wheel Spin Giveaway (the "Promotion"), participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The organizer of the Promotion is Cargill, Incorporated ("Organizer").

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are 18 years of age or older and currently reside in the United States at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Internet access is required to win. Void where prohibited.

Promotion Period

The Promotion starts at 8:00 am CST on February 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on March 19, 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants can enter the Promotion by visiting our Shopify store at store.truvia.com and spinning the wheel. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. By entering, participants agree, among other things, to receive future email communications regarding the Promotion and Organizer’s advertising, promotional and marketing communications (you may opt out of the latter at any time without effect to your entry.

The Promotion includes prizes and chances to receive different percentages off any Truvia products as stated below. Shipping costs are free during the Promotion Period.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is not available.

Winner Selection

Winners will be determined instantly by the wheel spin. The outcome of the spin is purely random and is not influenced by any external factors.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified instantly on the screen after the wheel spin. If a winner does not claim their prize by 11:59PM on April 19, 2024,
